To report issues such as potholes, drainage problems, stray animals, or street lights out, contact City Hall at (580) 369-3333 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
For after hours emergencies, call dispatch at 580-369-2323, who will dispatch an on-call city employee.

To purchase a plot, schedule a grave opening, or report cemetery maintenance issues, please contact City Hall by calling 580-369-3333 or by visiting the office at 227 E. Main Street.

Utilities & Services

Visit City Hall at 227 E. Main Street during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) or call (580) 369-3333.
Complete the appropriate form New Residential Service, New Commercial Service, or Termination of Service, bring current photo id, ownership documentation or lease agreement, and fee amounts in cash or check.

Police & Municipal Court

Pay a fine or ticket by visiting city hall at 227 E Main Street or online at EZTicketPay.com by selecting Davis as the Municipality.

Contact the Court Clerk by calling 580-369-3333 for information about police reports.

To report a stray or dangerous animal contact dispatch at 580-369-2323 and give the operator information. They will pass info to the Animal Control Officer.
To report non-emergency animal issue, use the Non-Emergency Issue complaint form.
Public Works

The Convenience Site is located on Whiteoak Street next to the city shop. Hours are Wednesday 1 PM–5 PM, Thursday–Saturday 9 AM–5 PM.
Accepted items include large boxes, limbs, or large amounts of bagged trash. Items not accepted: shingles, paint, tires, or anything with freon. The City of Davis Convenience site is for residential poly cart trash customers only. Be sure to bring a copy of your utility bill showing trash service for admittance into the Convenience Site.

Permits & Licenses

Building permits are required for building new structures or enlarging, altering, or moving existing buildings. Please see complete information by visiting the Building Permits section of the city code.

Registration is required for Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Contractors and Journeymen. Contractors and their Journeymen need a valid contractor license through the State of Oklahoma and a valid photo ID at the time of application, along with payment. See Application for Contractor Registration HERE.

Garage sale permits are required in Davis city limits. Apply at City Hall. The fee is $5. cash or check.

A Peddler’s and Solicitor’s permit is required when persons, groups, companies, or organizations engage in hawking or other peddling or soliciting in the streets or other public places, or from door to door, or in the selling of any article of trade or commerce from any street, automobile, cart, wagon, pack, basket, or in any manner.
Complete Peddler’s and Solicitor’s Permit and return with ALL required documents to city hall with payment of cash or check.

Peddler’s and Solicitor’s permits are NOT required when selling their own farm or garden products.

To apply for special event/parade permit, complete the Special Event Permit Application and attach all required accompanying documents. Return to city hall with payment of cash or check.
Parks & Recreation

Fullerton Park and the Davis Splash Pad are for public use on a first come-first served basis. We do not take reservations.

Fullerton Park in Davis, Oklahoma, is free to all and features walking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and pavilions, making it a great spot for families and visitors.
Turner Falls Park, about six miles south of Davis, offers hiking trails, swimming areas, caves, and picnic spots. Admission rates to Turner Falls Park vary by season and age, but Davis residents are admitted free year-round, and Murray County residents receive free admission Monday through Thursday, except on major holidays.

To report damage to Fullerton Park, contact City Hall by calling 580-369-3333 Monday - Friday from 8AM-5PM or by using the Non-Emergency issues form and selecting Public Works on the second screen.
