City Hall serves as the central hub for city administration, housing key departments that handle public services, records, permits, utilities, and general inquiries from residents and businesses. For emergencies, please call 911.

Susie Suther

Susie Suther currently serves as City Manager, a role to which she was appointed in 2025. She brings a wealth of experience and leadership to municipal government, having previously held the positions of City Treasurer (appointed in 2019) and City Clerk/Treasurer (appointed in 2020).
Before beginning her public service career, Ms. Suther worked in the banking industry for 23 years, where she developed a strong foundation in financial management, customer service, and organizational leadership. Her extensive experience in both the private and public sectors contributes to her thoughtful and strategic approach to city management.
Ms. Suther is committed to transparent governance, fiscal responsibility, and responsive service to the community. She continues to work closely with city staff, elected officials, and residents to ensure efficient operations and long-term sustainability for the city.
Clerk Treasurer
Sirena Gaddis

Sirena Gaddis was appointed City Clerk and City Treasurer in July 2025. She began her service with the City in September of 2019 as a Utility Clerk and was promoted to Financial Services Clerk in September of 2020. Prior to joining the City, she worked in the banking industry for nearly ten years where she strengthened her skills in finance, public relations, and administrative functions. Her background in both public service and private finance provides a strong foundation for her role in overseeing the City’s records and fiscal responsibilities.
