Municipal Court
Welcome to the Municipal Court of the City of Davis, Oklahoma, where justice is administered fairly, efficiently, and with respect for all individuals. The Municipal Court handles violations of city ordinances, traffic citations, and other local matters within the City’s jurisdiction.
Court is presided over by the Honorable Bill Chaffin and convenes each Thursday at the City Council Chambers / Municipal Courtroom, located at 308 S. 3rd Street. Visitors will use the west entrance at the porch located near the play equipment.
Court Clerk’s Office
The Municipal Court Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining court records, processing payments, and assisting with filings and inquiries. The Court Clerk can be found at the City Hall Utility Payment Counter.

Online payment option is available at EZTicketPay.com or phone paymets are available by calling 918-794-0823. Select Davis Municipal Court and provide your ticket information.

Fines can be paid in person with cash, money order, or cashier’s check by visiting Davis City Hall at 227 E. Main Street.

To pay a ticket or fine by mail:
Enter a plea, then sign and date the back of the citation;
Send cashier’s check or money order payable to “Davis Municipal Court” including the fine or citation number and contact information;
Mail payment to City of Davis, 227 E. Main St., Davis, OK 73030

To bond an eligible person our of jail after business hours, make a payment at the Murray County Sheriff’s Office located at 700 W. 10th St., in Sulphur, Oklahoma.
