Sirena Gaddis and Erin Creach Selected for Leadership Murray County Cohort 22
The City of Davis is proud to have City Clerk/Treasurer Sirena Gaddis and Turner Falls Park Director Erin Creach representing Davis as members of Leadership Murray County Cohort 22.
Leadership Murray County provides participants with an opportunity to connect with other community leaders and gain a broader understanding of the people, organizations, history, government, businesses, and industries that contribute to the success of Murray County.
The Cohort 22 class officially began with an introduction and welcome ceremony on Monday, August 17, in Sulphur. The event brought together this year's participants and provided an opportunity to begin building connections and learning more about what lies ahead during the Leadership Murray County program.
Sirena Gaddis, City Clerk/Tresurer
As City Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Davis, Sirena Gaddis plays a key role in the administration and daily operations of the city. Her responsibilities include supporting municipal government functions, maintaining official city records, assisting with financial and administrative matters, and helping ensure city business is conducted efficiently and transparently. Sirena's position provides her with a unique perspective on local government and the many responsibilities involved in serving a community. Her participation in Leadership Murray County will provide an opportunity to connect with other community leaders and gain a broader perspective on the people, organizations, and communities that make up Murray County.
Erin Creach – Turner Falls Park Director
As Director of Turner Falls Park, Erin Creach oversees one of Murray County's most recognized tourism destinations. Turner Falls Park welcomes visitors from across Oklahoma and beyond, making tourism an important part of the local economy and the identity of the Davis community.Erin's role encompasses park operations, visitor experience, staff coordination, and working with community partners to help make Turner Falls Park a successful and welcoming destination. Her participation in Leadership Murray County will provide opportunities to learn more about the county's tourism industry, businesses, government, and other organizations while building connections with leaders from throughout the area.
Learning More About Murray County
Throughout Cohort 22, Gaddis and Creach will explore the many facets of Murray County through Tourism, History, Local Government, State Government, Industry, and Health & Wellness. These experiences will provide a broader understanding of the county's history, resources, economy, communities, and the organizations that contribute to its future.
The City of Davis is pleased to have two of its leaders participating in Leadership Murray County Cohort 22 and looks forward to the connections, knowledge, and perspective they will bring back to their work and to the community.
